I just recently joined a team of colleagues and friends of mine who decided that they wanted to start up a small consulting firm on the side of the large business that we worked at. It wasn’t any kind of competition, just something extra that we all had in common but couldn’t really do at our current job. We did a lot of research into things like location, working as a team, Personal Development, and more. When we talked about personal development, it was interesting to see the ways that everyone was willing to grow. Ultimately, I think that this is what’s going to make this idea work.
